Can I request to get my order ship to an international location?

Will my orders safely ship and delivered?

All packages are shipped insured against theft and any unforeseen accidental damage while in transit.  Upon delivery of package, all orders require signature.  Upon package delivery and signature complete, we are no longer liable.  Each piece is subject to thorough quality control process prior to shipment.  For further details, please refer to our terms and conditions page.     

Further please note if your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to immediately.  On the other hand, if a package has been delivered to the correct shipping address and signed for, we can not be held liable for lost or stolen package/s.

Will it be possible to edit my shipping address?

Yes, if your order is shipping to an incorrect address or you would like to amend your shipping address, please contact immediately to communicate correct address for shipping purposes.  Please note any changes to your shipping address may delay delivery.

How can I make returns or exchanges?

Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?

You do not need to create an account to make a purchase.  Please note creating an account allows you to save contact information for faster checkout and for order tracking purposes.  


What should I do if i have forgotten my password?

Simply go into the Members | sign up page and follow along the link "Forgot password" to re-set your password. 

How do I know YOKI received my order?

Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order. As items are not

guaranteed in stock, please note such confirmation does not guarantee merchandise availability.

How can I track the status of my order?

Upon shipping your order, you will receive an email with your tracking information.  

What Payment methods does YOKI accept?

How do I get an appraisal for my YOKI piece purchased on

While we don't provide an appraisal each piece purchased via come with a Certificate of Authenticity.
